PARK POLICY Speed limit in the park is 15 MPH. Tenant will be responsible for day to day cleanliness of yard. Garbage containers located in designated areas. Sites must be kept clean. No disposal of cigarette butts on the ground. Drainage hoses must be secured and no more than 6 inches in sewage line. Tenant will provide personal safety equipment for fire hazards. Keep pets inside. You must clean up after your pet! No pit bulls or pens. No loud or obnoxious behavior. You are responsible for your guests. Park only in designated space. Do not obstruct entry ways, driveways, and fire lanes. Vehicles that are inoperable or without current license plates are prohibited and may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Tenant will provide plumbing that conforms to applicable code. Plumbing must be maintained in proper working order. Tenant will provide an electrical system that complies with applicable code and is maintained in proper working order. Tenants must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner that does not disturb fellow tenants. No loud music or loud vehicles. This will be strictly enforced. Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed in the park. Clothes lines are not permitted. Open fires are prohibited in the park. No refunds. No ATV’s, Go Carts, or any other unlicensed motorized vehicles--permitted on the streets.
